【摘要】：病毒是一種危害人類健康的病原體,具有復(fù)制性、感染性、傳染性等特點,能夠引發(fā)多種疾病。因此,研制安全有效的抗病毒藥物非常必要�？诜f送是最方便的給藥方式,具有費用少、重現(xiàn)性和依從性好、非侵入性等優(yōu)點。然而,抗病毒藥物多存在口感不佳、在胃腸道中不穩(wěn)定、水溶性低等問題。解決策略包括掩味技術(shù)、提高胃液中的穩(wěn)定性、提高藥物的溶解和溶出、克服黏膜屏障促進吸收、延長體內(nèi)滯留時間等。當然,上述新型解決策略也可能帶來不良反應(yīng)、毒性問題、影響活性以及成本問題。相信隨著技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,會有更多新技術(shù)能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)抗病毒藥物口服遞送在臨床上的應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Virus is a pathogen harmful to human health. It has the characteristics of replicability, infectivity and infectivity, and can cause many diseases. Therefore, it is necessary to develop safe and effective antiviral drugs. Oral delivery is the most convenient method of drug delivery, with the advantages of low cost, good reproducibility and compliance, non-invasive and so on. However, antiviral drugs have many problems, such as poor taste, unstable gastrointestinal tract and low water solubility. The solution strategies include masking technology, improving the stability of gastric juice, improving the dissolution and dissolution of drugs, overcoming the mucosal barrier and promoting absorption, prolonging the retention time in vivo, and so on. Of course, these new strategies can also lead to adverse reactions, toxicity, impact on activity, and cost. It is believed that with the development of technology, there will be more new technologies to realize the clinical application of oral delivery of antiviral drugs.
