【摘要】：正5S管理起源于上世紀(jì)80年代初期,由Takashi Osada引入日本企業(yè)的管理方法,是一種針對(duì)企業(yè)的精益管理模式,包括整理(Seiri)、整頓(Seiton)、清掃(Seiso)、清潔(Seiketsu)、素養(yǎng)(Shitsuke)5個(gè)方面~([1]),故稱5S管理。目前5S管理理論及方法廣泛應(yīng)用于包括衛(wèi)生系統(tǒng)在內(nèi)的諸多領(lǐng)域,且成效顯著~([2-7])。在健全完善疫苗冷鏈保障體系工作實(shí)踐中,為確保疫苗安全,擢升管理水平及提升業(yè)務(wù)人員職業(yè)素養(yǎng),借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外先進(jìn)管理方法及理念,顯得尤為必要。鑒于
