【摘要】：目的規(guī)范靜脈藥物配置中心(Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services,PIVAS)藥物配置操作流程和評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。方法依據(jù)"湖北省衛(wèi)生系統(tǒng)護(hù)理技術(shù)操作考核評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)",針對(duì)本科室實(shí)際情況擬定操作評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn),并進(jìn)行臨床培訓(xùn)和考核。結(jié)果結(jié)合醫(yī)院和本科室的實(shí)際情況制定評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn),擬定出評(píng)分表格,結(jié)合圖像演示和相關(guān)理論。結(jié)論制定評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),充實(shí)了PIVAS專(zhuān)科護(hù)理建設(shè)內(nèi)容,帶動(dòng)PIVAS各項(xiàng)流程走向標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化,完善護(hù)理質(zhì)量管理體系。
[Abstract]:OBJECTIVE To standardize the operation procedure and scoring criteria of pharmacy intravenous admixture services (PIVAS). METHODS According to the "Hubei Provincial Health System Nursing Technology Operating Assessment Criteria", the operation scoring criteria were formulated according to the actual situation of the undergraduate departments, and clinical training and assessment were carried out. Conclusion Establishing the evaluation standard can enrich the contents of PIVAS specialty nursing construction, promote the standardization of PIVAS processes and improve the nursing quality management system.
