【摘要】：目前國際孤兒藥市場的日趨繁榮和我國國內(nèi)市場的停滯不前形成鮮明對比,意味著我國亟需重視和制定相應(yīng)的孤兒藥產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展策略。本研究運用SWOT分析法對孤兒藥產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行了具體分析,旨在從優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機會以及威脅4個方面闡述孤兒藥產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出我國的產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展策略建議。研究認(rèn)為,我國應(yīng)從完善孤兒藥相關(guān)政策法規(guī),促進(jìn)國內(nèi)社會對罕見病的全民關(guān)注;制定配套激勵政策,鼓勵孤兒藥民間自發(fā)組織發(fā)展;促進(jìn)傳統(tǒng)中醫(yī)藥與孤兒藥融合,實現(xiàn)傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)藥、生物醫(yī)藥與孤兒藥的協(xié)同發(fā)展;仿創(chuàng)結(jié)合,建立專門的罕見病診療機制與社會救助方案等4個方面建立具有中國特色的孤兒藥產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展策略,為我國政府引導(dǎo)孤兒藥產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展提供參考。
[Abstract]:At present, the prosperity of the international orphan medicine market and the stagnation of the domestic market in our country are in sharp contrast, which means that our country urgently needs to pay attention to and formulate the corresponding strategies for the development of the orphan medicine industry. The purpose of this study is to analyze the current situation of orphan medicine industry from four aspects: advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats, and then put forward some suggestions for the development of orphan medicine industry in China. The study believes that China should improve the policies and regulations related to orphan drugs, promote the whole people's attention to rare diseases in the domestic society; formulate supporting incentive policies to encourage the development of voluntary organizations of orphan medicines; and promote the integration of traditional Chinese medicine and orphan drugs. To realize the coordinated development of traditional medicine, biomedicine and orphan medicine, to establish the development strategy of orphan medicine industry with Chinese characteristics in four aspects, such as combining with creation, establishing special mechanism of rare disease diagnosis and treatment and social assistance scheme. For our government to guide the development of orphan medicine industry to provide a reference.
