【摘要】：目的:探討住院藥房自動化和信息化建設(shè)的模式和可行性。方法:介紹我院住院藥房自動化和信息化建設(shè)的實踐過程和藥品調(diào)配模式的轉(zhuǎn)變,及其對住院患者藥品調(diào)配過程的影響。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:我院住院藥房自動化建設(shè)內(nèi)容包括引入全自動單劑量片劑分包機(jī)2臺、快速整合發(fā)藥機(jī)2臺、自動針劑柜2臺,信息化建設(shè)包括住院藥房的數(shù)據(jù)庫建立、系統(tǒng)中藥品調(diào)配和復(fù)核功能的建設(shè)、條碼技術(shù)的使用等;配合自動發(fā)藥信息系統(tǒng)的運行,藥品調(diào)配模式也發(fā)生了根本變化,藥品調(diào)配由原來的分病區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榉謪^(qū)域模式。注射劑和大容量輸液以病區(qū)為單位匯總調(diào)配,口服制劑和出院帶藥以處方為單位分別調(diào)配,調(diào)配藥品由專業(yè)物流配送至病區(qū)。我院住院藥房自動化和信息化的實現(xiàn)提高了藥事管理水平和藥學(xué)服務(wù)能力,增加了自動化效期管理和條碼跟蹤管理功能,保證了藥品調(diào)配的準(zhǔn)確、及時和高效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the mode and feasibility of automation and information construction of pharmacy in hospital. Methods: to introduce the practice process of automation and information construction of pharmacy in our hospital and the change of drug allocation mode and its influence on the process of drug dispensing for inpatients. Results & conclusion: the contents of automatic construction of pharmacy in our hospital include 2 fully automatic single dose tablet subcontract machines, 2 fast integrated dispensers, 2 automatic injection cabinets, and information construction including the establishment of database of inpatient pharmacies. With the operation of the automatic drug distribution information system, the drug distribution mode has also changed fundamentally, and the drug dispensing mode has changed from the original sub-area to the sub-regional mode. The injection and large volume infusion were distributed by the unit of the disease area, the oral preparation and the discharged drug were respectively allocated by the prescription, and the medicine was distributed from the specialized logistics to the sick area. The realization of automation and informatization in our hospital pharmacy improves the level of pharmacy management and pharmaceutical service ability, increases the functions of automatic effective period management and bar code tracking management, and ensures the accurate, timely and efficient dispensing of drugs.
