[Abstract]:The lipid spheres with a ratio of rifampicin to phospholipids of 1:1 were prepared by spray drying method. The fluidity, surface area and in vitro aerodynamics of the spheres were determined. Results the products can flow freely. The results of in vitro spray test showed that the mean aerodynamics particle size (MMAD) and geometric standard deviation (GSD) of the (ED), micro-ion fraction (FPF), were greater than (80 鹵5), (77.61 鹵3), (2.73 鹵0.13) mm and 3.28 鹵0.12, respectively. The results of in vitro deposition test showed that the product was in grade 3, 4 and 5 of the impactor (simulating the human pulmonary trachea, respectively).
