【摘要】：目的:建立同時(shí)測(cè)定市售滴眼液中羥苯甲酯、羥苯乙酯、羥苯丙酯和苯扎氯銨4種抑菌劑含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色譜法。色譜柱為Hypersil GOLD C_(18),流動(dòng)相為0.005 mol/L醋酸銨溶液(每1 L中含三乙胺10 mL,用冰醋酸調(diào)節(jié)p H為5.0±0.5)-乙腈(45∶55,V/V),流速為1.0 mL/min,檢測(cè)波長(zhǎng)分別為262 nm(羥苯甲酯、羥苯乙酯和羥苯丙酯)、214 nm(苯扎氯銨),柱溫為30℃,進(jìn)樣量為20μL。結(jié)果:羥苯甲酯、羥苯乙酯、羥苯丙酯和苯扎氯銨檢測(cè)質(zhì)量濃度線性范圍分別為1.235 0~15.438 0μg/mL(r=0.999 9)、1.317 0~16.383 6μg/mL(r=0.999 7)、1.207 2~15.089 4μg/mL(r=0.999 6)、17.776~222.0μg/mL(r=0.999 9);定量限分別為2.0、2.0、2.0、1.11μg,檢測(cè)限分別為0.375、0.375、0.375、0.333μg;精密度、穩(wěn)定性、重復(fù)性試驗(yàn)的RSD2.0%;加樣回收率分別為98.14%~102.48%(RSD=1.6%,n=9)、98.79%~102.42%(RSD=1.3%,n=9)、98.19%~102.49%(RSD=1.5%,n=9)和98.76%~100.53%(RSD=0.6%,n=9)。結(jié)論:該方法結(jié)果準(zhǔn)確、重復(fù)性好、操作簡(jiǎn)單,適用于市售滴眼液中羥苯甲酯、羥苯乙酯、羥苯丙酯和苯扎氯銨含量的同時(shí)測(cè)定。
