【摘要】：目的:評(píng)價(jià)湖北省藥品抽驗(yàn)質(zhì)量情況,為監(jiān)管部門(mén)與藥品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)提供參考。方法:收集匯總湖北省食品藥品監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)研究院2013-2015年省計(jì)劃抽驗(yàn)藥品檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果,以現(xiàn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)總體質(zhì)量狀況及不合格樣品情況進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:2013-2015年共完成省計(jì)劃抽驗(yàn)藥品檢驗(yàn)7 721批,發(fā)現(xiàn)不合格樣品333批,占4.3%。不合格產(chǎn)品主要出自經(jīng)營(yíng)企業(yè)(不合格率為2.8%~9.0%)和醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)(不合格率為5.2%~11.7%);從品種看,中藥材不合格率最高(12.1%~37.4%)、不合格項(xiàng)目(含量測(cè)定、補(bǔ)充檢驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目、性狀、二氧化硫殘留量及灰分等項(xiàng)目)種類最多,藥物制劑的質(zhì)量則相對(duì)穩(wěn)定,不合格項(xiàng)目分布與品種和劑型有關(guān)。宏觀層面存在現(xiàn)有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)水平參差不齊、抽驗(yàn)資源分配欠合理、行業(yè)整體水平較低等問(wèn)題。建議監(jiān)管部門(mén)整頓藥品標(biāo)準(zhǔn),合理規(guī)劃抽驗(yàn)工作,加強(qiáng)生產(chǎn)企業(yè)源頭治理。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the quality of drug sampling in Hubei Province and to provide reference for supervision department and drug manufacturing enterprise. Methods: to collect and collect the results of drug inspection in the provincial plan of Hubei Food and Drug Supervision and Inspection Institute 2013-2015, and analyze the total quality and unqualified samples according to the current standard. Results and conclusion A total of 7,721 batches of drugs were tested in the provincial plan in 2013-2015, 333 batches of unqualified samples were found, accounting for 4.3 batches. The unqualified products mainly come from the enterprises (2.89.0%) and the medical institutions (5.2or 11.7%), the unqualified rate of Chinese medicinal materials is the highest (12.1% 37.4%), and the unqualified items (content determination, supplementary inspection items, traits) are the highest. The content of sulfur dioxide and ash is the most, the quality of drug preparation is relatively stable, and the distribution of unqualified items is related to the variety and dosage form. There are some problems in macroscopic level, such as uneven standard level, unreasonable allocation of sampling resources and low level of industry as a whole. Regulatory authorities to rectify drug standards, reasonable planning sampling work, strengthen the source management of production enterprises.
