環(huán)境響應(yīng)性納米給藥系統(tǒng)的研究進展
[Abstract]:Objective: to provide a new idea for the design of environmental responsive drug delivery system. Methods: using "nanometer drug delivery system", "environmental sensitive preparation", "drug release", "Nanometer drug delivery system", "Drug release", "pH-responsive" Redox-responsive "as the keywords, a combined search was conducted in the Web of ScienceSense PubMedence DirectNet, Wannfang, Weip and other databases from January 2000 to February 2016. The sensitive conditions and drug release mechanism of nano-drug delivery system are reviewed briefly. Results: a total of 237 related literatures were retrieved, of which 26 were valid. The common sensitive conditions are pH sensitivity, redox sensitivity, heat sensitivity, ultrasonic sensitivity, light sensitivity, etc. To change the release site of drugs, regulate the pathway of intracellular drug metabolism, give play to the effect of targeted therapy and rapid release of drugs, and improve the curative effect of tumor therapy. Conclusion: this study provides some reference for designing nanometer drug delivery system with better performance. In order to improve the drug release rate and enhance the efficacy of drug delivery system, further research is needed to explore the tumor microenvironment and fully understand the properties of external stimuli and the related properties of environmental responsive nano-polymers.
