【摘要】：目的:探索影響醫(yī)院應(yīng)急藥品供應(yīng)的障礙因素和有效的管理措施。方法:應(yīng)用危機(jī)管理理論發(fā)現(xiàn)和確定醫(yī)院應(yīng)急藥品供應(yīng)的障礙因素,并通過層次分析法確認(rèn)障礙因素的嚴(yán)重性程度。結(jié)果:我國目前醫(yī)院應(yīng)急藥品的供應(yīng)障礙因素主要表現(xiàn)為:缺乏供應(yīng)儲備目錄、不準(zhǔn)確的需求量信息、不及時(shí)的藥品供應(yīng)、不充分的供應(yīng)資金保障、不完備的藥品儲備條件及應(yīng)急演練的缺乏等問題。結(jié)論:依據(jù)危機(jī)管理思想,應(yīng)在醫(yī)院建立針對應(yīng)急藥品供應(yīng)障礙的監(jiān)測預(yù)警機(jī)制、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)障礙信息的收集系統(tǒng)、障礙因素的評價(jià)流程以及消除和應(yīng)對措施,以便有效地調(diào)動醫(yī)院內(nèi)外的資源,保障藥品的及時(shí)供應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the obstacle factors and effective management measures for emergency drug supply in hospitals. Methods: using the theory of crisis management to find out and determine the obstacle factors of emergency drug supply in hospital, and to confirm the severity of the obstacle factors by Analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Results: at present, the main factors that hinder the supply of emergency drugs in hospitals in our country are: lack of supply reserve, inaccurate information on demand, insufficient supply of drugs and insufficient guarantee of supply funds. Incomplete drug reserve conditions and lack of emergency drills and so on. Conclusion: according to the thought of crisis management, it is necessary to establish the monitoring and warning mechanism, the information collection system of risk barriers, the evaluation process of obstacle factors, and the elimination and countermeasures in hospitals. In order to effectively mobilize the resources inside and outside the hospital, to ensure the timely supply of drugs.
