【摘要】：目的:分析連鎖藥店承接社區(qū)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)門診藥房職能的可行性,為推進(jìn)基層公立醫(yī)院醫(yī)藥分開(kāi)提供參考。方法:構(gòu)建藥房職能運(yùn)行的綜合評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),對(duì)比評(píng)價(jià)連鎖藥店承接社區(qū)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)門診藥房的各項(xiàng)軟硬條件。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:連鎖藥店已總體具備承接社區(qū)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)門診藥房職能的能力,但在計(jì)算機(jī)系統(tǒng)建設(shè)、執(zhí)業(yè)藥師配備、藥事服務(wù)活動(dòng)開(kāi)展等方面需進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the feasibility of chain drugstore to undertake the function of outpatient pharmacy in community medical institutions, and to provide reference for pushing forward the separation of medicine and medicine in grass-roots public hospitals. Methods: to construct the comprehensive evaluation index of pharmacy function operation and compare the soft and hard conditions of chain drugstore to accept outpatient pharmacy of community medical institution. Results & conclusion: chain drugstores have the ability to undertake the functions of outpatient pharmacy in community medical institutions, but the construction of computer system, the provision of licensed pharmacists and the development of pharmaceutical service activities need to be further strengthened.
