交聯(lián)玻璃酸鈉凝膠的制備及流變學研究

【摘要】:目的制備交聯(lián)玻璃酸鈉(CHA)凝膠并對其流變學性能進行考察。方法以1,4-丁二醇二縮水甘油醚(BDDE)為交聯(lián)劑制備交聯(lián)CHA,采用旋轉流變儀測定玻璃酸鈉(HA)和CHA的黏彈性及蠕變-恢復特性,考察不同濃度,不同交聯(lián)度以及不同溫度條件下,HA和CHA的流變學性能。結果本實驗制備獲得具有流動性的水不溶性CHA凝膠混懸液,并選擇不銹鋼平板(PU20)為夾具,振蕩頻率1 Hz、剪切應力1 Pa、溫度(25±0.1)℃的條件測定其黏彈性。蠕變-恢復實驗結果表明,對比HA,CHA形變量小,恢復至最小形變狀態(tài)所用時間短,體系較穩(wěn)定。結論 CHA屬于假塑性非牛頓流體,符合其作為關節(jié)腔內(nèi)黏彈性補充材料的性能要求,與非交聯(lián)的HA相比,具有黏彈性高、熱穩(wěn)定性好的優(yōu)點。
[Abstract]:Objective to prepare crosslinked sodium hyaluronate (CHA) gel and investigate its rheological properties. Methods crosslinked char was prepared by using 1-butanediol diglycidyl ether (BDDE) as crosslinking agent. Viscoelasticity and creep-recovery properties of (HA) and CHA were determined by rotating rheometer. Rheological properties of HA and CHA at different crosslinking degree and temperature. Results the aqueous insoluble CHA gel suspension with fluidity was prepared in this experiment.
