【摘要】：目的:建立同時(shí)測(cè)定氯霉素地砜軟膏中氯霉素、氨苯砜及地塞米松含量的方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色譜法。色譜柱為Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18,流動(dòng)相為0.1%庚烷磺酸鈉溶液-甲醇(70∶30,V/V),流速為1.0 ml/min,檢測(cè)波長(zhǎng)為272 nm,柱溫為30℃,進(jìn)樣量為20μl。結(jié)果:氯霉素、氨苯砜和地塞米松的質(zhì)量濃度分別在20.12~201.2、10.25~102.5、0.202 6~2.026μg/ml范圍內(nèi)與各自峰面積呈良好線性關(guān)系(r=0.998 7、0.999 9、0.999 9);精密度、重復(fù)性、穩(wěn)定性試驗(yàn)的RSD≤1.19%;回收率分別為99.66%(RSD=0.34%,n=9)、99.84%(RSD=0.41%,n=9)與99.94%(RSD=0.49%,n=9)。結(jié)論:該方法操作簡(jiǎn)便快捷,可為氯霉素地砜軟膏的質(zhì)量控制提供參考。
