作用于肌肉型乙酰膽堿受體的生物毒素研究進展

【摘要】:目的近幾十年,肌肉型乙酰膽堿受體(nicotinic acetylcholine receptors,nAChRs)成為神經生理學、藥理學、藥物設計及相關疾病研究的重要靶點。包括橫紋肌肉瘤、小兒軟組織瘤、肌源性紊亂等疾病都與肌肉型nAChRs的異常有關。因此尋找針對肌肉型nAChRs的特異性探針,對于研究受體的結構、功能及相關疾病發(fā)病機理與治療藥物研發(fā)至關重要。方法通過查閱相關文獻對近年來發(fā)現的特異作用于肌肉型nAChRs的生物毒素進行了綜述。結果與結論自然界中存在許多天然生物毒素,能特異作用于肌肉型nAChRs,這些毒素對于研究肌肉型nAChRs的結構和功能,以及相關疾病的診斷和治療有著非常重要的應用價值。
[Abstract]:Objective in recent decades, muscle-type acetylcholine receptor (nicotinic acetylcholine receptor) has become an important target in neurophysiology, drug design and related diseases. Disorders such as rhabdomyosarcoma, soft tissue tumors in children, and myogenic disorders are all associated with abnormal muscular nAChRs. Therefore, it is very important to search for specific probes for muscle-type nAChRs in order to study the structure, function, pathogenesis of related diseases and the development of therapeutic drugs. Methods the biotoxins specific to muscular nAChRs were reviewed in recent years. Results and conclusion there are many natural biotoxins in nature, which can act specifically on muscle-type nAChRs. These toxins are of great value in the study of the structure and function of muscle-type nAChRs and in the diagnosis and treatment of related diseases.
