【摘要】：目的:建立同時(shí)測定痤瘡酊中氯霉素和水楊酸含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色譜法。色譜柱為Shim-pack CLCODS,流動(dòng)相為甲醇-水(50∶50,V/V),流速為0.8 ml/min,檢測波長為278 nm,柱溫為35℃,進(jìn)樣量為10μl。結(jié)果:氯霉素和水楊酸質(zhì)量濃度分別在2.0~10.0μg/ml(r=0.999 2)、5.0~25.0μg/ml(r=0.999 1)范圍內(nèi)與各自峰面積呈良好的線性關(guān)系;精密度、穩(wěn)定性、重復(fù)性試驗(yàn)的RSD1%;氯霉素和水楊酸的平均加樣回收率分別為99.77%、99.29%,RSD分別為0.35%、0.48%(n=9)。結(jié)論:該方法操作簡便、快速,結(jié)果準(zhǔn)確,專屬性好、精密度高,可用于痤瘡酊的質(zhì)量控制。
