克服腫瘤生理病理屏障的納米藥物遞送系統(tǒng)的研究進展

【摘要】:納米藥物遞送系統(tǒng)在腫瘤的靶向治療中發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用。由于機體的生理特征以及腫瘤的異質性,遞送系統(tǒng)從給藥到靶點發(fā)揮作用需要克服多重生理及病理屏障,包括血液、腫瘤組織、細胞和胞內轉運等屏障。本文綜述了近年來為克服藥物遞送屏障提出的新思路與新方法,為設計克服腫瘤生理病理屏障的遞送系統(tǒng)、實現(xiàn)對藥物的有效遞送和腫瘤的高效安全治療提供理論參考。
[Abstract]:Nano-drug delivery system plays an increasingly important role in tumor targeting therapy. Due to the physiological characteristics of the body and the heterogeneity of tumor, the delivery system needs to overcome many physiological and pathological barriers, including blood, tumor tissue, cell and intracellular transport, from drug delivery to target. In this paper, new ideas and methods for overcoming drug delivery barriers are reviewed, and theoretical references are provided for the design of delivery systems for overcoming tumor physiological and pathological barriers and for the effective delivery of drugs and the effective and safe treatment of tumors.
