藥房藥品庫存預(yù)警及領(lǐng)藥模式的設(shè)計(jì)與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:目的:設(shè)計(jì)醫(yī)院藥房藥品動(dòng)態(tài)庫存預(yù)警及領(lǐng)藥模式,規(guī)范和簡化傳統(tǒng)的領(lǐng)藥模式。方法:首先設(shè)置公式計(jì)算藥品庫存預(yù)警初始參數(shù),領(lǐng)藥員再根據(jù)工作實(shí)際情況調(diào)整初始參數(shù),由此建立由藥品動(dòng)態(tài)用量設(shè)置條件及公式自動(dòng)產(chǎn)生藥品申領(lǐng)計(jì)劃和庫存預(yù)警的藥品動(dòng)態(tài)庫存預(yù)警模式;記錄并比較新舊模式藥品庫存指標(biāo)和工作量指標(biāo)。結(jié)果:與傳統(tǒng)模式比較,預(yù)警模式下藥品平均庫存天數(shù)更低[(7.21±6.09)vs.(5.04±3.64)d,P0.05],平均每天缺藥的品種數(shù)更少[(0.713±0.570)vs.(0.101±0.152)種,P0.01];每日領(lǐng)藥次數(shù)、領(lǐng)藥品種數(shù)及檢查庫存時(shí)間均顯著減少[(4.55±3.66)vs.(1.25±1.34)次,P0.01;(313.25±31.89)vs.(256.77±42.34)種,P0.05;(1.36±0.52)vs.(0.30±0.26)h,P0.01]。結(jié)論:藥房藥品庫存預(yù)警系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用能夠使藥房藥品庫存更合理,領(lǐng)藥更快捷。
