紫杉醇藥物熒光標(biāo)記脂質(zhì)體的制備及評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:目的:制備一種熒光量子點(diǎn)標(biāo)記的紫杉醇藥物脂質(zhì)體。方法:以生物相容性良好的低分子聚合物、量子點(diǎn)制備紫杉醇熒光脂質(zhì)體,采用均勻設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化處方工藝,并用透射電鏡、掃描電鏡、熒光光譜和熒光倒置顯微鏡等對(duì)脂質(zhì)體的外觀形態(tài)、熒光性質(zhì)、脂質(zhì)體的包封率等進(jìn)行分析研究。結(jié)果:制得紫杉醇藥物熒光標(biāo)記脂質(zhì)體外觀形態(tài)、粒度分布良好,包封率高,平均粒徑(253±70.32)nm,具有良好的熒光標(biāo)記性和穩(wěn)定性。結(jié)論:得到的脂質(zhì)體的分散性良好,包封率高,并具有顯著的熒光特性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to prepare a fluorescent quantum dot labeled paclitaxel drug liposome. Methods: paclitaxel fluorescent liposomes were prepared from low molecular polymers with good biocompatibility. The formulation was optimized by uniform design. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) were used to prepare paclitaxel fluorescent liposomes. The appearance, fluorescence properties and encapsulation efficiency of liposomes were studied by fluorescence spectrum and fluorescence inverted microscope. Results: paclitaxel fluorescent labeled liposomes were prepared with good particle size distribution, high encapsulation efficiency and average particle size (253 鹵70.32) nm, which showed good fluorescence labeling and stability. Conclusion: the obtained liposomes have good dispersibility, high entrapment efficiency and remarkable fluorescence properties.
