【摘要】：目的分析心腦血管藥物致不良反應(yīng)的原因,提出用藥監(jiān)護(hù)策略。方法選取2012年1月~2015年12月我院上報(bào)的不良反應(yīng)報(bào)告95例作為研究對象,對其進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,明確發(fā)生原因,提出相應(yīng)的用藥監(jiān)護(hù)措施。結(jié)果心腦血管藥物致不良反應(yīng)的發(fā)生與患者因素及用藥因素有關(guān),加強(qiáng)對患者的監(jiān)護(hù)及合理使用藥物可有效避免不良反應(yīng)的發(fā)生。結(jié)論采取合理的用藥監(jiān)護(hù)措施,可有效降低心腦血管藥物致不良反應(yīng)的發(fā)生率,提高用藥安全性。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the causes of adverse reactions caused by cardiovascular and cerebrovascular drugs and put forward the strategy of drug monitoring. Methods 95 cases of adverse reactions reported in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2015 were selected as the research objects. The causes of adverse reactions were statistically analyzed and the corresponding monitoring measures were put forward. Results the occurrence of adverse reactions caused by cardiovascular and cerebrovascular drugs was related to the factors of patients and medication. Strengthening the monitoring of patients and rational use of drugs could effectively avoid the occurrence of adverse reactions. Conclusion reasonable drug monitoring measures can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions caused by cardiovascular and cerebrovascular drugs and improve the safety of drug use.
