【摘要】：藥品醫(yī)保支付標(biāo)準(zhǔn)形成的核心要義是"發(fā)現(xiàn)價格",即依托藥品市場大數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)現(xiàn)真實(shí)藥品價格。但是,目前醫(yī)保藥品信息管理上存在平臺建設(shè)落后、字段和編碼標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化水平低等問題,嚴(yán)重影響藥品數(shù)據(jù)采集能力。本文從藥品數(shù)據(jù)采集問題出發(fā),針對采購平臺對接、醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)上報(bào)等四種數(shù)據(jù)采集模式,通過對藥品信息字段和編碼標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化問題的深入剖析,提出醫(yī)保藥品信息標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化建設(shè)的可操作性建議,為醫(yī)保支付標(biāo)準(zhǔn)形成奠定信息基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The key to the formation of the standard of medical insurance payment is "discovery price", that is, to find the real drug price by relying on the drug market big data. However, there are some problems in the management of medical information, such as backward platform construction, low standardization of fields and codes, which seriously affect the ability of drug data collection. In this paper, starting from the problem of drug data collection, aiming at four kinds of data acquisition modes, such as purchasing platform docking and medical institution reporting, through the in-depth analysis of drug information field and coding standardization, The paper puts forward the operable suggestions for the standardization of medical insurance drug information, and lays the information foundation for the formation of medical insurance payment standard.
