PDCA循環(huán)在降低靜脈用藥調(diào)配中心藥品損耗工作中的應(yīng)用分析

【摘要】:目的探討PDCA循環(huán)法在降低靜脈用藥調(diào)配中心(PIVAS)品破損情況的應(yīng)用效果。方法回顧性分析2015—2016年間PDCA循環(huán)前后PIVAS藥品破損情況進(jìn)行分析,并運(yùn)用PDCA循環(huán)管理法持續(xù)改善全流程質(zhì)量控制。結(jié)果對流程內(nèi)藥品損耗步驟進(jìn)行針對性措施干預(yù)后,由儲存原因引的的破率量由46降至19,拆零環(huán)節(jié)則降至干預(yù)前的一半以下,工作流程如擺藥、核對等環(huán)節(jié)破損量明顯下降,與干預(yù)前相比差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。但藥品配送及質(zhì)量問題引起的破損比較差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論 PDCA循環(huán)對PIVAS的藥品流程內(nèi)破損干預(yù)效果明顯,可降低藥品破損率,可促進(jìn)PIVAS藥品管理的科學(xué)化和規(guī)范化。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of PDCA circulation in reducing the damage of intravenous drug dispensing center (PIVAS). Methods the drug breakage of PIVAS before and after PDCA cycle was analyzed retrospectively from 2015 to 2016, and the quality control of the whole process was continuously improved by PDCA cycle management. Results after the targeted measures were taken to intervene the steps of drug loss in the process, the breaking rate caused by the storage reasons was reduced from 46 to 19, and the zero removal link was reduced to less than half of that before the intervention. The amount of breakage in the workflow such as dispensing drugs and checking was obviously decreased. Compared with the intervention before the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). However, there was no significant difference in the damage caused by drug distribution and quality problems (P0.05). Conclusion the effect of PDCA circulation on drug breakage in PIVAS is obvious, which can reduce the rate of drug breakage and promote the scientific and standardized drug management of PIVAS.
