【摘要】:目的探討自制萬古霉素質(zhì)控血清在血藥濃度監(jiān)測中應(yīng)用的可行性。方法取注射用鹽酸萬古霉素1.0 mg,注射用水溶解后加入血清基質(zhì)液,制備質(zhì)量濃度分別為10,20,30μg·m L-1的萬古霉素質(zhì)控血清并檢測其濃度,考察方法準確性、質(zhì)控樣品的穩(wěn)定性及臨床應(yīng)用。結(jié)果自制低、中、高濃度的萬古霉素質(zhì)控血清檢測結(jié)果為靶值的98.0%~101.5%,-30℃保存6個月含量變化小于2%。結(jié)論自制萬古霉素質(zhì)控血清操作方法簡單、成本低、結(jié)果準確可靠,可以作為實驗室日常質(zhì)量控制。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the feasibility of using self-made vancomycin quality control serum in monitoring blood concentration.
