【摘要】：目的:建立高效液相色譜法測定羥乙磺酸噴他脒的含量的方法。方法:C18色譜柱,甲醇—醋酸銨溶液(30g/L醋酸銨水溶液,用三乙胺調(diào)p H為7.5)(50:50),流速1.0m L/min,檢測波長265nm。結(jié)果:羥乙磺酸噴他脒在9.98~99.66μg/m L濃度范圍內(nèi)呈良好的線性關(guān)系。結(jié)論:測定方法簡便,重現(xiàn)性好。
[Abstract]:Objective: to establish a HPLC method for the determination of acetamidine hydroxyethyl sulfonate. Methods on a C18 column, methanol-ammonium acetate solution (30 g / L ammonium acetate solution, adjusted to pH 7.5 with triethylamine) (50:50) was used. The flow rate was 1.0 mL / min, and the detection wavelength was 265 nm. Results: the linear range of acetamidine hydroxyethyl sulfonate was 9.98 渭 g / mL and 99.66 渭 g / mL, respectively. Conclusion: the method is simple and reproducible.
