螃蟹腳全粉的急性毒性和遺傳毒性

【摘要】:參考2015年實施的GB 15193.1—2014《食品安全性毒理學(xué)評價程序》的實驗方法,采用急性毒性實驗、骨髓嗜多染紅細胞微核實驗、精原細胞染色體畸變實驗和Ames實驗,觀察螃蟹腳全粉的急性毒性和遺傳毒性作用。結(jié)果:螃蟹腳全粉對雌、雄性大鼠經(jīng)口半數(shù)致死量(medium lethal dose,LD_(50))均為10.25 g/kg,屬實際無毒級;骨髓嗜多染紅細胞微核實驗和Ames實驗結(jié)果均為陰性;精原細胞染色體畸變實驗表明,10.25 g/kg和5.12 g/kg的螃蟹腳全粉可能引起染色體一過性的畸變率升高,2.57 g/kg未觀察到該現(xiàn)象。結(jié)論:螃蟹腳全粉未顯示存在急性毒性,未觀察到明確的遺傳毒性。
[Abstract]:According to the experimental method of GB15193.1-2014 "Food Safety Toxicology Evaluation procedure", the acute toxicity test, bone marrow polychromatic erythrocyte micronucleus test, spermatogonia chromosome aberration test and Ames test were used. To observe the acute toxicity and genetic toxicity of crab foot powder. Results: the median lethal dose of (medium lethal doseLD50 in male and female rats was 10.25 g / kg, which was non-toxic, and the results of micronucleus test and Ames test were negative. The chromosomal aberration of spermatogonia showed that the chromosome aberration rate increased by 10.25 g/kg and 5.12 g/kg of crab foot powder. The phenomenon was not observed at 2.57 g/kg. Conclusion: there was no acute toxicity and no clear genotoxicity was observed in the whole powder of crab feet.
