【摘要】：目的:建立測定鹽酸二甲雙胍緩釋片中雙氰胺及有關(guān)物質(zhì)的方法。方法:采用高效液相色譜法。色譜柱為Venusil SCX磺酸基陽離子交換柱,流動相為1.7%磷酸二氫銨溶液(磷酸調(diào)節(jié)p H至3.0),流速為1.0 ml/min,檢測波長為218 nm,柱溫為40℃,進樣量為20μl。結(jié)果:雙氰胺、鹽酸二甲雙胍進樣量分別在0.105 2~10.52、0.509~50.9 ng范圍內(nèi)與各自峰面積呈良好線性關(guān)系(r=0.999 9、0.999 8);精密度、重復(fù)性、穩(wěn)定性試驗的RSD均小于2%;雙氰胺平均回收率為100.5%,RSD=1.87%(n=9)。結(jié)論:該方法簡便快速、靈敏度高、專屬性強,可用于鹽酸二甲雙胍緩釋片中雙氰胺及有關(guān)物質(zhì)的測定。
