【摘要】：正治療藥物監(jiān)測(cè)(therapeutic drug monitoring,TDM):是指在臨床進(jìn)行藥物治療過(guò)程中,觀(guān)察藥物療效的同時(shí),定時(shí)采集患者的血液(有時(shí)采集尿液、唾液等液體),測(cè)定其中的藥物濃度,探討藥物的體內(nèi)過(guò)程,以便根據(jù)患者的具體情況,以藥動(dòng)學(xué)和藥效學(xué)基礎(chǔ)理論為指導(dǎo),借助先進(jìn)的分析技術(shù)與電子計(jì)算機(jī)手段,并利用藥代動(dòng)力學(xué)原理和公式,使給藥方案?jìng)�(gè)體化,從而達(dá)到滿(mǎn)意的療效及避免發(fā)生不良反應(yīng),同時(shí)也可以為藥
