HPLC法測定二氮嗪注射液的含量

【摘要】:目的:建立測定二氮嗪注射液含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色譜法。色譜柱為Waters symmetry-C18,流動相為0.01mol/L庚烷磺酸鈉-甲醇-醋酸(79∶20∶1,V/V/V),檢測波長為254 nm,流速為1.0 ml/min,柱溫為30℃,進(jìn)樣量為20μl。結(jié)果:二氮嗪的質(zhì)量濃度在30~110.0μg/ml范圍內(nèi)與峰面積呈良好線性關(guān)系(r=0.999 8);精密度、穩(wěn)定性、重復(fù)性試驗的RSD1.0%;加樣回收率為99.57%,RSD=0.94%(n=3)。結(jié)論:本方法簡便、準(zhǔn)確,專屬性好,精密度高,可用于二氮嗪注射液的質(zhì)量控制。
