【摘要】:正1刺猬通路和SMO靶標(biāo)在動(dòng)物發(fā)育的過(guò)程中,刺猬蛋白(hedgehog,HH)信號(hào)通路是重要的調(diào)控因子,某些癌癥的發(fā)生也與hedgehog通路異常有關(guān)。刺猬通路名稱的起源,是果蠅的刺猬蛋白基因若發(fā)生突變,其胚胎呈多毛團(tuán)狀,酷似受驚的刺猬,故而得名。哺乳動(dòng)物中存在3個(gè)hedgehog同源基因:Sonic hedgehog(Shh)、Indian hedgehog(Ihh)和Desert hedgehog(Dhh),分別編碼SHH、IHH和DHH蛋白。
[Abstract]:The signal pathway of hedgehog HH is an important regulatory factor in the process of animal development. Some cancers are also associated with abnormal hedgehog pathway. The origin of the Hedgehog pathway name is that if the hedgehog protein gene of Drosophila melanogaster mutates, the embryo of the hedgehog is hirsute, resembling the frightened hedgehog, so it is named after the hedgehog. There are three homologous genes of hedgehog in mammals: Sonic hedgehog (Shh), Indian hedgehog (Ihh) and Desert hedgehog (Dhh), which encode SHHHH and DHH proteins, respectively.
