【摘要】：藥物研發(fā)和評價(jià)中的臨床價(jià)值越來越受到重視。為了提升對藥物研發(fā)和臨床試驗(yàn)中藥物臨床價(jià)值的全面認(rèn)識,本文從多角度,特別是從藥物研發(fā)臨床評價(jià)方面對影響藥物臨床價(jià)值評估的主要因素及問題進(jìn)行了梳理、總結(jié)和分析。包括藥物適用的疾病特點(diǎn)、疾病的治療現(xiàn)狀、藥物的研發(fā)目的和臨床定位,藥物的臨床試驗(yàn)?zāi)康暮椭饕熜е笜?biāo),影響藥物臨床價(jià)值或臨床價(jià)值發(fā)揮的其他因素等;同時(shí),本文對藥物臨床價(jià)值評估需要關(guān)注的幾個(gè)問題也進(jìn)行了分析。包括不能僅看單一因素,需要多個(gè)因素綜合考慮,藥物臨床價(jià)值的有無和臨床價(jià)值的大小需要充分的證據(jù)支持,而不是根據(jù)其聲稱的藥物研究目的和臨床定位,藥物臨床價(jià)值與其臨床試驗(yàn)中主要療效指標(biāo)的關(guān)系等。這些都是藥物研發(fā)和上市注冊臨床試驗(yàn)和評價(jià)中需要充分考慮的問題。
[Abstract]:More and more attention has been paid to the clinical value of drug development and evaluation. In order to enhance the comprehensive understanding of the clinical value of drugs in drug research and development and clinical trials, this paper combs the main factors and problems affecting the evaluation of drug clinical value from various angles, especially from the aspect of clinical evaluation of drug development. Summary and analysis Including the disease characteristics of drug application, the current situation of disease treatment, the purpose and clinical orientation of drug research and development, the purpose of clinical trial and the main curative effect index of the drug, and other factors affecting the clinical value or the exertion of the clinical value of the drug, and so on; at the same time, This paper also analyzes several problems that need to be paid attention to in evaluating the clinical value of drugs. Including not just looking at a single factor, requiring a combination of factors, and whether the clinical value of the drug and the magnitude of the clinical value need to be supported by sufficient evidence rather than on the basis of its stated drug research purpose and clinical location, The relationship between the clinical value of drugs and the main therapeutic effects in clinical trials. These are issues that need to be fully considered in clinical trials and evaluations of drug development and registration.
