【摘要】：目的:探討枸地氯雷他定注射液的抗過敏作用。方法:應(yīng)用組胺致大鼠皮膚血管通透性增加、4-氨基吡啶(4-AP)致小鼠瘙癢和組胺致豚鼠哮喘模型,評價枸地氯雷他定注射液的抗過敏作用。結(jié)果:枸地氯雷他定注射液各組能明顯抑制皮內(nèi)注射25或50μg組胺后引起的大鼠皮膚血管通透性增高(P0.01),有效減少了皮膚的藍(lán)染面積。枸地氯雷他定注射液各組對組胺致豚鼠哮喘有明顯的拮抗作用,顯著延長休克潛伏期(P0.01)。枸地氯雷他定注射液中、高劑量組能顯著延長4-AP致小鼠瘙癢的潛伏期及減少瘙癢次數(shù)(P0.01)。結(jié)論:初步驗證了枸地氯雷他定注射液的抗過敏療效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the anti-allergic effect of clodesloratadine injection. Methods: histamine-induced rat skin vascular permeability increased by 4-aminopyridine (4-AP) -induced pruritus and histamine-induced asthma model in guinea pigs, and the antiallergic effect of clodesloratadine injection was evaluated. Results: clodesloratadine injection could significantly inhibit the increase of skin vascular permeability induced by intradermal injection of 25 or 50 渭 g histamine (P0.01) and reduce the area of skin blue staining. The guinea-pig asthma induced by histamine was antagonized by clodesloratadine injection, and the latent period of shock was prolonged (P0.01). In the high dose group, the latencies of pruritus induced by 4-AP were significantly prolonged and the number of itching was decreased (P0.01). Conclusion: the anti-allergic effect of clodesloratadine injection was preliminarily verified.
