[Abstract]:Kosteletzkya virginica is a perennial halophyte of the genus Magnoliaceae. It was originally distributed naturally in the saline swamp belt of the eastern coast of the United States from 1992 to 1993 as a green species introduced to China as a beach greening species. The results showed that the root of sea sunflower contains polysaccharides, total flavonoids, saponins, seashore jasmine and lignans, and has anti-tumor, hepatoprotective, bacteriostatic and antioxidant biological activities [2-8].
