【摘要】：目的開發(fā)一種高純度非達霉素的制備工藝。方法采用DAC50高壓制備色譜系統(tǒng),優(yōu)化了制備工藝。結(jié)果選用Kromasil C_8作為色譜填料,洗脫劑為50%乙腈加0.1%甲酸,上樣量為1.4~1.6g粗品,純化后產(chǎn)品純度≥99.5%,單雜≤0.10%,純化收率在85%左右。結(jié)論該工藝簡單高效,適用于工業(yè)化規(guī)模生產(chǎn)。
