【摘要】：利巴韋林為人工合成的核苷類(lèi)抗病毒藥,體外具有抑制呼吸道合胞病毒、流感病毒、甲型肝炎病毒、腺病毒等多種病毒生長(zhǎng)的作用,其機(jī)制不全清楚。本文通過(guò)檢索萬(wàn)方醫(yī)學(xué)網(wǎng)、中國(guó)醫(yī)院數(shù)字圖書(shū)館、醫(yī)知網(wǎng)、中美兩國(guó)食品藥品監(jiān)督管理相關(guān)網(wǎng)站數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)(CFDA、FDA、Daily Med)和中國(guó)藥品注冊(cè)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)等,了解當(dāng)前利巴韋林的藥品信息及臨床應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀;根據(jù)國(guó)內(nèi)外利巴韋林的藥品信息及報(bào)道的兒童臨床應(yīng)用情況,結(jié)合我院兒科臨床應(yīng)用的現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)其安全性進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),促進(jìn)其合理應(yīng)用,并對(duì)中國(guó)利巴韋林制劑的規(guī)范化管理提出建議。
[Abstract]:Ribavirin is a synthetic nucleoside antiviral drug, which can inhibit the growth of respiratory syncytial virus, influenza virus, hepatitis A virus, adenovirus and so on in vitro. The mechanism of ribavirin is unclear. By searching Wanfang Medical Network, the Digital Library of Chinese Hospitals, the Medical knowledge Network, the website database of food and drug supervision and administration in China and the United States, CFDAF FDAU Daily Medand China Drug Registration Database, etc. To understand the current drug information and clinical application of ribavirin, to evaluate the safety of ribavirin according to the clinical application of ribavirin at home and abroad, combined with the present situation of pediatric clinical application in our hospital. To promote the rational application of ribavirin in China and put forward suggestions for standardized management of ribavirin preparation.
