【摘要】：本文建立一種針對企業(yè)新藥研發(fā)人員的激勵方法——科學(xué)指數(shù)評估方法,為制藥企業(yè)建立新藥研發(fā)人員薪酬體系提供參考�？茖W(xué)指數(shù)評估激勵方法能夠定量評估科研項目的科技含量,科學(xué)量化評判科研人員的貢獻度,充分調(diào)動科研人員的積極性,在新藥研發(fā)領(lǐng)域是一種可行的激勵方式。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a scientific index evaluation method, which is an incentive method for new drug R & D personnel in enterprises, is established, which provides a reference for pharmaceutical enterprises to establish a new drug R & D personnel compensation system. The incentive method of scientific index evaluation can quantitatively evaluate the scientific and technological content of scientific research projects, evaluate the contribution of scientific researchers quantitatively, and fully arouse the enthusiasm of researchers. It is a feasible incentive method in the field of new drug research and development.
