【摘要】：近年來,在信息技術(shù)的高速公路上,醫(yī)院也將發(fā)展的目光對準(zhǔn)科技,逐漸重視起對于醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng)(Hospital Information System,簡稱HIS)的建立,醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)涉及到眾多的方面,需要借助計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)和配套的硬件設(shè)施實(shí)現(xiàn)對信息的梳理,HIS系統(tǒng)借助計(jì)算機(jī)能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)患者在住院期間從掛號到醫(yī)生診斷各環(huán)節(jié)的有效管理。對各地區(qū)醫(yī)院的物資、人力、財(cái)務(wù)等方面的制度進(jìn)行完善。實(shí)現(xiàn)對患者就醫(yī)的多角度管理。實(shí)現(xiàn)對醫(yī)院醫(yī)療水平的提高,解決了以前難以解決的問題,獲得患者和社會(huì)各界的普遍認(rèn)可。結(jié)合我國醫(yī)院的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,全面分析國內(nèi)外關(guān)于醫(yī)院管理系統(tǒng)的相關(guān)資料文獻(xiàn),了解醫(yī)院信息管理系統(tǒng)的特征,及發(fā)展方向,并且根據(jù)醫(yī)院實(shí)際運(yùn)行的基礎(chǔ)之上給出了一個(gè)完整的系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)思想和行之有效的設(shè)計(jì)模型。本文對中醫(yī)院信息管理系統(tǒng)在藥品管理中的特征進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的剖析,闡述其工作原理以及優(yōu)勢,對中醫(yī)院信息管理系統(tǒng)中各項(xiàng)功能之間的聯(lián)系進(jìn)行分析,對于醫(yī)院各部門的工作性質(zhì)以及在醫(yī)療救助中發(fā)揮的功能進(jìn)行分析總結(jié),制定完善的方案,確保醫(yī)院信息化工作的順利開展。其中重點(diǎn)對藥庫藥品管理、門診藥房藥品管理、住院藥房藥品管理進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的研究并制定可行性的方案,實(shí)現(xiàn)對信息管理系統(tǒng)在醫(yī)院中實(shí)踐效果的研究。結(jié)合患者在住院期間的需求,對醫(yī)院的系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行完善,論文對醫(yī)院藥品管理系統(tǒng)的權(quán)限和安全進(jìn)行了設(shè)置,并詳細(xì)對比利用計(jì)算機(jī)進(jìn)行藥房管理前后的差異。醫(yī)院信息管理系統(tǒng)(HIS)是建立在現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)發(fā)展基礎(chǔ)之上的,本文介紹了中醫(yī)院藥品管理信息系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn),對信息管理在藥品管理中的特征進(jìn)行了剖析,對藥品管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),包括功能模塊的劃分與實(shí)現(xiàn),文章最后對藥品管理信息系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了測試。
[Abstract]:In recent years, on the highway of information technology, hospitals also focus on the development of science and technology, and gradually attach importance to the establishment of hospital information system (HISS). The construction of hospital information system involves many aspects. With the help of computer technology and supporting hardware facilities, the information combing and his system can be used to realize the effective management of every link from registration to doctor diagnosis of patients in hospital. Improve the system of material, manpower, finance and so on. To realize the multi-angle management of patients seeking medical treatment. The improvement of hospital medical level has solved the problems which were difficult to solve before and has been recognized by patients and all walks of life. Combined with the present situation of hospital development in our country, this paper comprehensively analyzes the relevant documents about hospital management system at home and abroad, and understands the characteristics and development direction of hospital information management system. Based on the actual operation of the hospital, a complete system design idea and an effective design model are given. This paper makes a detailed analysis of the characteristics of Chinese medicine hospital information management system in drug management, expounds its working principle and advantages, and analyzes the relationship between various functions in the information management system of traditional Chinese medicine hospital. This paper analyzes and summarizes the nature of the work of the hospital departments and their functions in medical aid, and formulates a perfect plan to ensure the smooth development of the hospital information work. It focuses on drug management in pharmacy, drug management in outpatient pharmacy and drug management in inpatient pharmacy, and makes a feasible plan to realize the research on the practical effect of information management system in hospital. According to the needs of patients in hospital, the hospital system is improved. The authority and safety of hospital drug management system are set up in this paper, and the differences before and after the use of computer in pharmacy management are compared in detail. Hospital Information Management system (HIS) is based on the development of modern medicine. This paper introduces the design and implementation of drug management information system in Chinese medicine hospital, and analyzes the characteristics of information management in drug management. The drug management system is designed, including the partition and implementation of functional modules. Finally, the drug management information system is tested.
