【摘要】：正采用微針輥對皮膚進(jìn)行微孔化處理是一種能增強(qiáng)局用藥物透皮效果的簡單、廉價(jià)的方法。雌性新西蘭家兔為模型,通過定量測定真皮和血漿中雙氯芬酸鈉(DCF)濃度來評價(jià)微孔化處理對藥物被動(dòng)擴(kuò)散和離子滲透遞送的影響。試驗(yàn)分4組進(jìn)行。其中2組給予扶他林(Voltaren,1%)4 g,用于皮膚經(jīng)或不經(jīng)微孔化處理的家兔;另2組采用DCF溶液
[Abstract]:Microporous skin treatment with microneedle roller is a simple and cheap method to enhance the transdermal effect of local drugs. The effects of micropore treatment on the passive diffusion and ion permeation delivery of diclofenac sodium in dermis and plasma were evaluated by quantitative determination of DCF in female New Zealand rabbits. The experiment was divided into 4 groups. Two groups were given 1 g of Voltarentine for skin treatment or without micropore treatment, and the other two groups were treated with DCF solution.
