【摘要】：通過介紹我院Ⅰ期臨床試驗研究室試驗用藥物管理制度和標準操作規(guī)程,為其他Ⅰ期藥物臨床試驗機構提供參考。強調試驗用藥的科學管理是藥物臨床試驗過程中重要環(huán)節(jié),藥品管理員及參與臨床試驗的研究人員在試驗藥物的接收、保存、發(fā)放、使用、回收、返還等各個環(huán)節(jié)中均應嚴格按照SOP規(guī)范執(zhí)行操作,從而保證臨床試驗的質量,保障受試者的權益。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the management system and standard operating procedure of drugs used in phase I clinical trial laboratory of our hospital, and provides reference for other clinical trials of phase I drugs. Emphasizing that the scientific management of experimental drugs is an important link in the course of clinical trials of drugs, and that drug administrators and researchers involved in clinical trials receive, preserve, distribute, use and recycle the experimental drugs, In order to ensure the quality of clinical trials and the rights and interests of the subjects, the SOP standard should be strictly followed in all aspects such as return.
