經(jīng)典抗菌藥氯碘羥喹抗癌機(jī)制的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:氯碘羥喹從1934年開(kāi)始作為一種口服抗菌藥廣泛應(yīng)用于胃腸道感染性疾病,后來(lái)因?yàn)榘l(fā)現(xiàn)其能誘發(fā)亞急性脊髓視神經(jīng)病而被限制使用。2005年開(kāi)始,陸續(xù)有研究報(bào)道,氯碘羥喹具有誘導(dǎo)癌細(xì)胞凋亡的作用,隨后針對(duì)氯碘羥喹抗癌作用機(jī)制的一系列研究逐漸開(kāi)展,并證實(shí)其能作為銅、鋅等金屬離子載體,通過(guò)多種細(xì)胞通路誘導(dǎo)癌細(xì)胞的凋亡,因此氯碘羥喹抗癌作用的研究得到重視。本文就氯碘羥喹抗癌機(jī)制的研究進(jìn)展做一綜述。
[Abstract]:Chloroiodoquine has been widely used as an oral antimicrobial agent in gastrointestinal infectious diseases since 1934, but has been restricted for its ability to induce subacute spinal optic neuropathy. Chloroiodoquine can induce apoptosis of cancer cells. Subsequently, a series of studies on the anticancer mechanism of chloroiodoquine have been carried out, and it has been proved that chloroiodoquine can be used as a carrier of copper, zinc and other metal ions to induce apoptosis of cancer cells through various cell pathways. Therefore, the study of antitumor effect of chloroiodoquine has been paid more attention. In this paper, the research progress of antitumor mechanism of chloroiodoquine is reviewed.
