【摘要】：本文旨在規(guī)范超說明書用藥行為,更加合理、客觀地評價超說明書用藥行為。運用藥物經濟學理論,引入QALY模型,對超說明書用藥行為進行風險管理。可通過風險強度和風險發(fā)生概率兩個指標計算出藥品的預期風險值,從而對超說明書用藥行為進行風險分級,為臨床超說明書用藥行為的合理抉擇提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to standardize the behavior of drug use in hyperspecification, and to evaluate it objectively and reasonably. Based on the pharmacoeconomics theory, QALY model was introduced to manage the risk of drug overstatement. The expected risk value of drugs can be calculated by risk intensity and risk occurrence probability, and the risk classification of drug overloading behavior can be carried out, which can provide the basis for rational choice of clinical over-specification drug use behavior.
