【摘要】：目的:觀察優(yōu)化和完善后的動態(tài)監(jiān)測及超常預(yù)警合理用藥措施對于醫(yī)院合理用藥的效果。方法:根據(jù)合理用藥管理需要對動態(tài)監(jiān)測和超常預(yù)警的周期及監(jiān)測內(nèi)容進(jìn)行改進(jìn),收集近3年我院的處方及藥品銷售數(shù)據(jù)并對其進(jìn)行分析,評價(jià)優(yōu)化后的動態(tài)監(jiān)測與超常預(yù)警的效果。結(jié)果:門診及住院患者次均藥費(fèi),藥占比等均有所下降,處方合格率上升,輔助用藥用量明顯下降。結(jié)論:優(yōu)化動態(tài)監(jiān)測,在藥品銷量季度動態(tài)監(jiān)測及預(yù)警的基礎(chǔ)上增加藥占比,均次藥費(fèi),公示銷售金額排名,規(guī)范的處方干預(yù)動態(tài)監(jiān)測等措施是促進(jìn)合理用藥的有效手段。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of optimized and improved dynamic monitoring and abnormal early warning on rational drug use in hospitals. Methods: according to the need of rational drug use management, the period and content of dynamic monitoring and abnormal early warning were improved, and the data of prescription and drug sales in our hospital were collected and analyzed. Evaluate the effect of dynamic monitoring and abnormal early warning after optimization. Results: the average cost and proportion of drugs in outpatients and inpatients decreased, the qualified rate of prescriptions increased, and the dosage of adjuvant drugs decreased significantly. Conclusion: optimizing the dynamic monitoring, increasing the proportion of drugs on the basis of quarterly dynamic monitoring and early warning of drug sales, the average cost of drugs, ranking the amount of public sales, and standardizing the dynamic monitoring of prescription intervention are effective measures to promote the rational use of drugs.
