【摘要】：目的:探討單唾液酸四己糖神經(jīng)節(jié)苷脂鈉注射液致不良反應(yīng)(ADR)發(fā)生的特點(diǎn)、一般規(guī)律及相關(guān)風(fēng)險因素,為臨床安全用藥提供參考。方法:以"單唾液酸四己糖神經(jīng)節(jié)苷脂""不良反應(yīng)"等為檢索詞,檢索相關(guān)期刊論文、萬方數(shù)據(jù)庫、維普中文科技期刊數(shù)據(jù)庫自數(shù)據(jù)庫最早收錄的時間至2014年10月,按納入與排除標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行文獻(xiàn)篩選,對得到的病例資料進(jìn)行提取和統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果:共納入19篇文獻(xiàn),涉及56例患者,其中男、女性別比例為6.17∶1,0~9、≥60歲患者居多,各有25、17例(分別占44.64%、30.36%);ADR可累及多個器官/系統(tǒng),以發(fā)熱(29例)、寒戰(zhàn)(28例)最為常見,嚴(yán)重者可致格林-巴利綜合征、過敏性休克等。結(jié)論:臨床應(yīng)重視單唾液酸四己糖神經(jīng)節(jié)苷脂鈉注射液引發(fā)的ADR,密切防范ADR的發(fā)生,生產(chǎn)企業(yè)應(yīng)盡快完善說明書,確保臨床用藥安全。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the characteristics, general rules and related risk factors of adverse reactions induced by sodium sialate tetrahexose ganglioside injection in order to provide reference for safe drug use. Methods: using "tetrahexosylganglioside monsialate" and "adverse reaction" as the key words, the Chinese journal full-text database, Wanfang database and Weipu Chinese scientific and technological journal database were searched from the earliest date of the database to October 2014. According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria for literature screening, the case data were extracted and statistically analyzed. Results: a total of 19 articles were included, including 56 cases involving 56 patients. The male / female ratio was 6.17: 1 / 0 / 9, and the majority was over 60 years old. There were 2517 cases in each group (44.64%, 30.36 6% ADR could involve multiple organs / systems, 29 cases were fever, 28 cases were shivering). Severe cases can cause Guillain-Barre syndrome, anaphylactic shock and so on. Conclusion: we should pay attention to ADR caused by sodium tetrahexose monoglycoside injection in clinic, prevent the occurrence of ADR closely, and improve the instructions as soon as possible to ensure the safety of clinical drug use.
