【摘要】：正1臨床資料患者,男,60歲,因"反復(fù)咯血3月余,近一月咳血量大,每日咳血3~4次,每次量約50 mL"于3月3日入院。入院檢查:神智清楚,腦膜刺激征陰性,心律齊,體溫38.3℃,脈搏118次/min,呼吸21次/min,血壓120/70 mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa)。離子檢查未見異常。診斷為咳血原因待查,予酚磺乙胺止血,應(yīng)用5 d后患者咳血癥狀無明顯改善。3月9-13日遵醫(yī)囑改用垂體后葉注射液24 U+0.9%氯化鈉注射液500 mL(10滴/min)靜脈滴注止血,用藥總量
