納米晶片促進(jìn)藥物經(jīng)皮滲透作用的研究

【摘要】:目的 :將納米晶片用于經(jīng)皮給藥,了解納米晶片作用于皮膚后,在皮膚表面形成開(kāi)放給藥通道的存在及其閉合,及納米晶片促進(jìn)外用藥物的經(jīng)皮滲透作用。方法:(1)掃描電鏡觀察納米晶片作用后,在皮膚表面形成孔道的存在和閉合;(2)以0.125%熒光素鈉為模型藥物,在熒光顯微鏡下對(duì)比觀察納米晶片與熒光素鈉結(jié)合作用和單純外用熒光素鈉后,熒光在大鼠皮膚的分布情況。結(jié)果:(1)納米晶片可在皮膚表層形成給藥通道,該通道在20 min左右即可閉合;(2)經(jīng)過(guò)納米晶片處理過(guò)的大鼠皮膚可見(jiàn)耀眼的熒光(+++);而未經(jīng)納米晶片處理的大鼠皮膚僅在角質(zhì)層可見(jiàn)明顯的線狀熒光(+),其他部位可見(jiàn)微弱熒光(-)。結(jié)論:納米晶片對(duì)外用藥物有明顯促進(jìn)滲透作用,納米晶片在皮膚美容和藥物緩控釋放領(lǐng)域具有廣闊的前景。
[Abstract]:Objective: to use the nanoscale wafers for skin administration to understand the existence and closure of the open delivery channel on the skin surface after the nano wafer is acting on the skin, and the nano wafer to promote the percutaneous penetration of the external drug. Method: (1) the presence and closure of the pores on the skin surface are formed after the scanning electron microscopy (SEM) observation of the nano wafer. (2) 0. 125% fluorescein sodium is a model drug. Under the fluorescence microscope, the distribution of fluorescence in rat skin is observed after the binding of nanoscale to sodium fluorescein and sodium fluorescein sodium. Results: (1) the nanoscale can form the drug channel on the surface of the skin, and the channel can be closed at about 20 min. (2) the nanoscale wafer is treated with a nanoscale wafer. The skin of rats showed bright fluorescent (+ + +), while the skin of rats without nanoscale treatment was only visible linear fluorescence (+) in the cuticle layer and weak fluorescence in other parts. Conclusion: the nano wafers can obviously promote osmosis, and the nanocrystalline tablets have a broad front in the field of skin beauty and drug release. View.
