【摘要】:目的:探討我院靜脈用藥集中調(diào)配中心(PIVAS)的自動化智能建設(shè)及效果。方法:介紹我院PIVAS自動化智能建設(shè)的主要情況,收集我院PIVAS自動化智能建設(shè)前(2016年7-9月)、后(2016年10-12月)相關(guān)工作環(huán)節(jié)的用時和差錯率,評價建設(shè)效果。結(jié)果:我院在PIVAS的擺藥、貼簽、分揀以及配送環(huán)節(jié)進行了自動化智能建設(shè),并進行了相關(guān)的制度和流程建設(shè)。自動化智能建設(shè)后,每張醫(yī)囑擺藥用時由建設(shè)前的(6.78±0.87)s縮短至(2.65±0.71)s,貼簽用時由(3.24±0.71)s縮短至(1.41±0.55)s,分揀每袋輸液成品用時由(13.37±2.84)s縮短至(5.33±1.72)s,配送相同數(shù)量的輸液用時由(35.64±4.33)min縮短至(18.12±3.57)min(P0.05);擺藥差錯率由(2.35±0.59)‰降至(0.26±0.21)‰,貼簽差錯率由(1.51±0.45)‰降至(0.22±0.10)‰,分錯病區(qū)差錯率由(3.47±1.02)‰降至(0.17±0.10)‰,配送差錯率由(1.33±0.55)‰降至(0.13±0.11)‰(P0.05)。結(jié)論:我院PIVAS自動化智能建設(shè)后工作效率提高、差錯率降低,降低了潛在的用藥風險,提升了PIVAS管理水平。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the automatic intelligent construction and effect of intravenous drug concentration distribution center (PIVASA) in our hospital. Methods: introduce the main situation of PIVAS automation intelligent construction in our hospital, collect the time and error rate of PIVAS automation intelligent construction before (July to September, 2016) and after (October to December, 2016), evaluate the effect of construction. Results: our hospital carried on the automation intelligence construction in the PIVAS dispensing, sticker, sorting and distribution link, and carried on the related system and the flow construction.
