【摘要】：目的:通過設(shè)立藥師綜合門診,為患者提供全面?zhèn)�體化藥學(xué)服務(wù)。方法:設(shè)置全日制多專科藥師門診,建全藥師接診、會(huì)診、轉(zhuǎn)診、檢查、網(wǎng)絡(luò)藥學(xué)服務(wù)等工作規(guī)范,并統(tǒng)計(jì)一年內(nèi)患者來源情況及就診數(shù)量變化,調(diào)查患者滿意度。結(jié)果:一年內(nèi)就診患者數(shù)量逐步增加,主要來源于醫(yī)務(wù)人員的轉(zhuǎn)診,藥師門診患者滿意度明顯高于普通門診。結(jié)論:藥師門診能夠增加醫(yī)藥配合程度,提升患者治療效果。
[Abstract]:Objective: to provide comprehensive individualized pharmacological care for patients by setting up comprehensive pharmacist outpatient service. Methods: Full-time multi-specialty pharmacist outpatient service was set up and the patient satisfaction was investigated by setting up the working standard of the whole pharmacist receiving consultation referral examination network pharmaceutical service and so on. Results: the number of outpatients increased gradually in one year, mainly from the referral of medical staff. The satisfaction of outpatients of pharmacists was significantly higher than that of general outpatients. Conclusion: pharmacist outpatient clinic can increase the degree of medical cooperation and improve the therapeutic effect of patients.
