【摘要】：目的:為提高注射用蘭索拉唑預(yù)防性使用的合理性提供參考。方法:抽查我院2013年10-12月住院患者的病歷,從注射用蘭索拉唑的適應(yīng)證、用法用量、用藥途徑、合并用藥等方面進(jìn)行調(diào)查,并評價其用藥合理性。結(jié)果:抽查的248份使用注射用蘭索拉唑的病歷中,預(yù)防性使用的有189例,占76.2%,總體不合理使用率為74.2%。其中,預(yù)防性使用不合理例數(shù)占全部不合理例數(shù)的87.5%,主要問題為無指征用藥、用藥起點偏高、無指征更換藥物等。結(jié)論:醫(yī)院相關(guān)行政部門應(yīng)組織臨床醫(yī)師與藥師共同制訂注射用蘭索拉唑的使用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與規(guī)范,特別是針對應(yīng)激性潰瘍的使用指征、劑型選擇以及停藥指征等,以提高其使用合理性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to improve the rationality of the prophylactic use of lansoprazole for injection. Methods: the medical records of inpatients in our hospital from October to December 2013 were investigated in terms of indications, dosage, route and combined use of lansoprazole for injection, and the rationality of lansoprazole was evaluated. Results: of 248 selected medical records of Lansoprazole for injection, 189 cases were prophylactic use, accounting for 76.22.The overall unreasonable utilization rate was 74.2%. Among them, the number of irrational preventive use accounts for 87.5% of the total unreasonable cases. The main problems are no indication of drug use, high starting point of medication, no indication to replace drugs and so on. Conclusion: the hospital administrative departments should organize clinicians and pharmacists to work out the standards and norms for the use of lansoprazole for injection, especially for the use of stress ulcer, dosage form selection and withdrawal indications. In order to improve the rationality of its use.
