【摘要】：正乙酸巴多昔芬(bazedoxifene acetate,1),化學名1-[4-[2-(環(huán)己亞胺基-1-基)乙氧基]芐基]-2-(4-羥基苯基)-3-甲基-1H-吲哚-5-酚乙酸鹽,是Wyeth公司研制的第三代選擇性雌激素受體調(diào)節(jié)藥,于2009年4月首次在歐洲上市,主要用于治療女性絕經(jīng)后的骨質(zhì)疏松癥。與同類藥物相比,1療效更好、安全性更高,具有廣闊的市場前景~([1])。
[Abstract]:Bazedoxifene acetate, chemical name 1- [4- [2-( cyclohexylamino-1-yl) ethoxy] benzyl] -2-oxy 4-hydroxyphenyl -3-methyl-1H-indole -5-phenolic acetate, is the third generation selective estrogen receptor regulator developed by Wyeth Company, and its chemical name is 1- [4- [2-( cyclohexylaminyl-1-yl) ethoxy] benzyl] -2-oxy-4-hydroxyphenyl -3-methyl-1H-indole -5-phenolic acetate, which is the third generation of selective estrogen receptor regulator developed by Wyeth. First launched in Europe in April 2009, mainly for treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis in women. Compared with the similar drugs, it has better efficacy and higher safety, and has a broad market prospect ([1]).
