我院994例喹硫平血藥濃度日常檢測(cè)及藥師干預(yù)分析

【摘要】:目的:為臨床合理使用喹硫平提供參考。方法:對(duì)我院2013年994例喹硫平血藥濃度檢測(cè)結(jié)果按照患者性別、年齡、服用劑量分組,利用Excel統(tǒng)計(jì)不同組別的平均服用劑量和平均血藥濃度,計(jì)算平均血藥濃度與平均服用劑量的比值。并舉例分析藥師對(duì)血藥濃度異常值的干預(yù)方法。結(jié)果:≤20歲、21~40歲、41~60歲、60歲組患者總體喹硫平血藥濃度與服藥劑量比值分別為0.78、0.76、1.04、1.21,呈逐漸增加趨勢(shì)。喹硫平服藥劑量在0~150、150~300、300~450、450~600、600~750、750~900 mg/d范圍內(nèi),其血藥濃度與服藥劑量比值分別為2.24、1.38、0.96、0.88、0.82、0.50,隨著服藥劑量的增加,濃度劑量比降低,并且隨著劑量增加,濃度劑量比值越接近。性別不影響喹硫平的血藥濃度。結(jié)論:通過(guò)定期分析血藥濃度和藥師干預(yù),能夠使喹硫平的使用更趨合理。
[Abstract]:Objective: to provide reference for the rational use of quinolipine in clinic. Methods: 994 patients with quetiapine in our hospital in 2013 were divided into three groups according to their sex, age and dosage. Excel was used to calculate the average dose and average blood concentration of quetiapine in different groups. The ratio of mean blood concentration to average dose was calculated.
