【摘要】：建立了一種高效液相色譜法等度分析克拉霉素及其4種相關(guān)物J、M、N和K的檢測(cè)方法,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行了方法學(xué)驗(yàn)證.采用Purospher STAR LP RP-18e型色譜柱,用0.067mol/L KH2PO4溶液(pH4.0)/乙腈=60/40作為流動(dòng)相,流速為1.2mL/min,柱溫為35℃,在205nm進(jìn)行檢測(cè),對(duì)克拉霉素及其4種相關(guān)物進(jìn)行等度洗脫,獲得了較好的分離度,均大于1.2.該方法在各相關(guān)物20~240μg/mL的濃度范圍內(nèi)線性良好(R0.999).平均回收率為87.80%~121.17%.本方法簡(jiǎn)便、高效,能夠同時(shí)檢測(cè)克拉霉素中的J、M、N和K幾種相關(guān)物.
[Abstract]:A high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the determination of clarithromycin (clarithromycin) and its four related substances, JnMN and K, was established and validated.
