【摘要】:正隨著抗生素的廣泛應用,細菌的耐藥性越益嚴重,而新抗生素的研發(fā)速度卻在明顯下降~([1-2]),這使得細菌耐藥,尤其是多重耐藥成為目前威脅人類健康嚴重的公共衛(wèi)生問題。為了抑制細菌耐藥的產生和發(fā)展,制定臨床合理的抗生素應用策略,了解細菌耐藥產生機制就顯得尤為重要。隨著人們對細菌耐藥產生機制研究的進展,臨床抗生素的應用策略也在不斷改變,由基于最低抑菌濃度(MIC)
[Abstract]:In order to inhibit the production and development of bacterial drug resistance, it is very important to make rational antibiotic application strategy and understand the mechanism of bacterial drug resistance. With the development of research on the mechanism of drug resistance of bacteria, the application strategy of clinical antibiotics is changing, which is based on the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC).
